Use the Book a Repair form: five steps covering your vehicle, the problem and your contact details. We review every enquiry and contact you to discuss the next step. Submitting an enquiry doesn't commit you to any work or create a contract.
Costs depend on the vehicle, fault, parts and work required, so we don't publish fixed prices. Send your vehicle details and a description of the problem and we'll discuss the appropriate next step and likely costs before any work is authorised.
No. Hasten Repairs is not an MOT test station. We provide pre-MOT checks, MOT preparation and repairs following a failed test — the MOT itself takes place at an authorised test station.
Amber lights generally mean something needs checking soon. Red lights can indicate an urgent issue — if a red warning appears, or the vehicle feels unsafe, stop when safe to do so. Tell us which light is showing plus any symptoms and we'll advise on the right next step.
We don't guarantee same-day turnaround. Timescales depend on the fault, parts availability and workload, and we'll give you an honest expectation when we discuss your enquiry.
Hasten Repairs Limited is registered in London and handles vehicle repair enquiries from drivers across London, subject to service availability. The registered office is a correspondence address only — workshop and drop-off arrangements are confirmed directly when you enquire.
A description helps us prepare, but symptoms can have multiple causes — a proper inspection or diagnostic check may be required before any fault is confirmed. We never treat an enquiry as a diagnosis.
Your registration, make, model and year, a description of the problem, when it started, any warning lights or messages, and whether the vehicle is driveable. Photos or documents (like an MOT failure notice) can be attached too.
We fit parts appropriate to your vehicle and the repair, and we're happy to discuss options — including OEM-quality and budget alternatives where available — before you authorise work.
Tell us what your vehicle needs and we'll confirm honestly whether it's work we can take on. We don't advertise specialist EV high-voltage repair.
Businesses wishing to discuss ongoing vehicle maintenance requirements are welcome to contact us at info@hastenrepairs.co.uk.
We review your details and contact you using your preferred method to discuss the next step — which may be an inspection, diagnostic check or a repair estimate.
